The Instructor is mainly a Civil Engineer with later Degrees, Post Graduate Studies and Professional Certificates in Law, Arbitration, Construction Finance and Project Management from Egyptian and number of internationally recognized educational and professional bodies. 

The Instructor has (20) years of national and international experience in the construction field most of them specifically in contracts management, claims, disputes avoidance/ resolution. 

The Instructor is recognized as International Arbitrator by CIArb, Mediator, Dispute Board Member and Expert Witness by RICS in addition to number of further international bodies from America and UK.
