Introduction to Construction Claims

  •  To Deliver the information via most simple and clear way keeping in mind effectiveness and quality matters.
  •  To increase the participants awareness level about nature, bases and fundamentals of claims and sources thereof. 
  •  To develop the participants skills related to drafting, interpretation, preparation and assessment of documents.
  •  To increase the participants awareness level about dispute resolution mechanisms as a way of settlement of unsettled claims/ disputes.

  • To be working either directly or indirectly in construction field with reasonable involvement in claims (e.g., contracts admin, planners/ schedulers, lawyers interested in construction industry,…etc.).
  •  To own a degree in one or more of the Engineering, Legal, Accounting, Finance, Banking and/ or Business Administration.

  • Young professionals starting their career within Engineering, Legal, Finance, Banking and Investment fields.
  • Experienced professionals who would like to gain basic knowledge about Construction Claims and/ or do a career shift to the field.
